Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Q Panel (the "Panel"), operated by Qompera Tech Solutions, a trade name of Hind Advertisers ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Panel, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The Panel is a self-hosted tool for managing servers that we operate. It manages websites, databases, mail, SSL certificates and backups. It is provided to administrators we authorise and is not offered to the general public.

2. Accounts and access

  • Only administrators authorised by us may use the Panel. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor devices secure, and for all actions taken under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at ankit@qompera.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Panel to:

  • break any law, or infringe the rights of others;
  • host or send malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • try to get around the Panel's security, or reach servers, accounts or data you are not authorised to use.

4. Google Drive backups

If you connect a Google account, you authorise the Panel to store, verify, restore and delete this server's encrypted backup files in that account's Google Drive, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's own terms. You may disconnect at any time.

You are responsible for keeping enough Drive storage, for keeping the backup encryption password safe, and for checking from time to time that restores work. Without the encryption password, backups cannot be recovered.

5. No warranty

The Panel is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every backup will succeed or be restorable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hind Advertisers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the Panel.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Panel after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
